Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. We appreciate your business and want you to be fully satisfied with
your flooring purchase. Please review our return and exchange policy below:
1) Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
- Product must be in original, unopened boxes and in resellable condition.
- Installed, cut, damaged, or altered materials cannot be returned.
- Clearance, final-sale, custom orders, and special-order items are non-returnable.
2) Proof of Purchase
A valid receipt, invoice, or order number is required for all returns and exchanges.
3) Restocking Fee
- A 15–25% restocking fee may apply to all eligible returns depending on the product type and
manufacturer. - Special-order products may have higher restocking fees per supplier policy.
4) Condition of Returned Goods
- All returns must be inspected before credit is issued.
- Boxes must be unopened, clean, and free of damage.
- Any product showing signs of moisture, wear, or installation will be rejected.
5) Refund Method
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
- Cash/check purchases over $200 may be refunded by check within 3–7 business days.
6) Overages & Leftover Material
- Industry standard recommends keeping extra material for future repairs.
- We accept unopened boxes with prior approval.
- Partial boxes or cut pieces cannot be returned.
7) Defective or Damaged Product
If you believe your product is defective:
- Do not install the material.
- Contact us immediately for inspection.
- Manufacturer warranties apply after installation; installation of defective product voids warranty claims.
8) Installed Flooring
- Installed flooring cannot be returned.
- Any issues after installation fall under the manufacturer’s warranty.
9) Delivery & Pickup
- Delivery fees are non-refundable.
- Customer is responsible for returning product to the store unless otherwise arranged.
